Pilot platform

LiveLot Toronto is currently a pilot platform. Features, partner lots, availability information, and functionality may change or be discontinued at any time without notice as we learn from drivers and operators during the pilot.

Availability and reservations

Parking availability shown on LiveLot is informational only and may change before you arrive at the lot. Unless a reservation is explicitly confirmed through LiveLot or directly by the parking operator, a space is not guaranteed to be available on arrival.

Accessible parking

Accessible parking spaces are reserved for vehicles displaying a valid accessible parking permit. LiveLot does not authorize any user to park in an accessible space unless they meet the legal permit requirements that apply at that lot.

Operator responsibilities

Parking operators listing lots on LiveLot are responsible for holding the proper permissions, licences, zoning approvals, insurance, and legal authority required to offer paid parking on their property. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of the lot information they provide and for keeping availability and pricing up to date.

Rates, hours, and lot rules

Rates, hours, restrictions, and availability are supplied by participating operators and may change at any time. Posted signage, posted rates, and the operator's on-site rules always take precedence over information shown on LiveLot. Please confirm them before you park.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false reports, scrape data, misuse the platform, interfere with parking operators or their systems, or use LiveLot in any way that harms the accuracy, reliability, or integrity of the service for other drivers and operators.

Limitation of liability

LiveLot is provided "as is" during the pilot. We are not responsible for damages, inconvenience, tickets, towing, fines, parking charges, missed appointments, or any other losses that result from parking decisions made using the platform.
